Bright and Light

Lightbulbs should all be in working order. Open all blinds and curtains.‌

Pare down furniture. If you are considering removing something or rearranging, do so before the listing hits the market. Look at the amount of floor space and number of pieces in each room and how that makes the room feel (cluttered, closed off, small) to determine if it’s best to remove furniture from the home. ‌
Clear and clean all counters, keep clear during listing.‌
