Sam Hawkins
Meet Sam
Sam’s roots run deep in the Northside Indy community. He went to Park Tudor and his children are currently at the school. He lives in the community he sells and always has. He understands the area’s trends and what motivates sellers and buyers. He also grew up deeply familiar with the real estate business. Both his parents were in real estate, and they showed him the honor of being able to help friends and family in their community navigate the greatest purchases—and moments—of their lives.
Sam began his real estate career in 1998 with the F.C. Tucker Company, quickly rising to one of the most recognized agents in Indianapolis and a top producer in the company. But traditional “success” has never been Sam’s motivation. Instead, he’s always focused on putting clients first and doing his absolute best in every situation.
His tireless work ethic and “never give up” philosophy, along with innovative technology and an excellent support team, keeps clients coming back. What’s more, Sam is in this for the long haul—he’s growing his family and business in Indianapolis and plans to represent clients here for a lifetime. This Northside has been, is, and will always be his home.

Meet Matt
A proud resident of Meridian-Kessler, Matt grew up on the Northside of Indianapolis, just a couple of Streets West of his current address. After earning a degree in Psychology with a concentration in business from Indiana University – Bloomington, Matt immediately joined the F.C. Tucker Company and has been thriving in the industry for over 21 years. He is passionate about working hard for his clients to ensure that their wants and needs are met.
A protagonist for philanthropy, Matt is a member of the Penrod Society, serving the Arts, has served as a board member for Little Wish, serving children with cancer and served as a committee member for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
When he is not serving his clients, he enjoys life with his wife Abby and is dog Margaux.
Jordan Marshall
Meet Jordan
Jordan began her real estate career in March of 2021. Before real estate, Jordan was an inside pharmaceutical sales representative in Carmel, IN. She is a graduate from Indiana University and has lived in Indiana for the last 20 years. After growing up in Fishers, she moved to Broad Ripple for a few years. Jordan married her husband, Sammy, in November of 2022. She has made a recent move herself and now resides in Cincinnati, OH because of her husband’s new job. Jordan is a licensed agent herself, while also assisting Sam and Matt remotely. She is excited to remain part of the team and continue to help with clients’ real estate needs!
Sara Sandoval
Meet Sara
Sara began her real estate career in December of 2020, getting the Rising Star Award for Top 10 units sold for first year agents. She is originally from Fishers, graduated from IU (Go Hoosiers!) and is now living in Broad Ripple with her husky, Ghost. Sara looks forward to helping her friends and family find their forever home. She has also helped many of her clients build their investment portfolios with properties throughout the greater metropolitan area of Indianapolis. Speaking Spanish, she hopes to provide her expertise and care to the Spanish speaking community. Sara is excited and looks forward to helping her clients with any of their real estate needs.
